As the Owner of Underwood Consulting, Inc., Sayre has a diverse background in healthcare, technology and business. She has a B.S. in Medical Technology from the University of Central Florida and is a licensed Clinical Laboratory Technologist in all areas of testing.

Some of the highlights of her 12 years in the hospital setting include patient testing in all specialties, five years as Microbiology Supervisor, Pharmlink Software Coordinator, and Assistant to Medical Examiner - Toxicology Testing.

She has served as a Technical and Operational Consultant since 2004 in a variety of practices including Primary Care, Endocrinology, Toxicology, Cardiology, Oncology, Pediatrics, Urology, Reference Laboratories, Pathology/Cytology POLs
and Urgent Care Centers.

Sayre is also a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker working with physicians and investors, as well as a licensed private pilot. With this diverse background, experience and perspective, Sayre has the ability to create order out of complexity and assist in all areas to ensure comprehensive compliance. She is committed to empowering clients to provide quality patient testing, be inspection ready, and maximize their resources for the best possible outcomes in all areas of their practice.
